a. Requisition of the 1/5 members of the Society to MC for re-development. || b. MC to take cognizance in its meeting and convene Sp. GBM exclusively on the subject of re-development.
Stage 2
After finalization of Project Report - a. Sp. GBM to decide whether we should go ahead with further process of Re-Development. || b. To decide whether we should go for re-development by developer or by self – redevelopment. || c. To appoint Architect / PMC for further process of redevelopment .
Stage 3
a. Joint Meetings between Architect and Managing Committee. || b. Considerations of Suggestions of members. || c. Tender draft finalization. || d. Architect to invite tenders for developer / Contractor.
Stage 4
Selection of Developer/Contractor in Sp.SGM
Stage 5
Development Agreement with Developer / finalize terms of the contractor.
